FAQ's

Typically, filling out the information is quick and easy. You only need to fill out a short form to that take a few minutes and clicking on “Submit”. After that, a few things may happen:

  1. Identify Information. We try to verify that you are who you say you are. We look at the information on your form and confirm your email and phone number.
  2. Area Information. To avoid overlapping territories amongst the different league coordinators, we take a look at the current area and who’s there. Based on the density of the area, we figure out if there is still an opportunity in the area requested for. If it’s a new area, we might have to set it the area up in our system which might take 3-5 days.
  3. If necessary, we reach out to you for any further information.
  4. Approval and Finalize Agreement. Once approved, we notify you and set you up as a League Coordinator in the system. We send you a formal agreement as a League Coordinator. Once we receive your Acknowledgement and e-Signature, we turn your access on as a League Coordinator.

Again, we encourage this as your “own business”. Once you get your Approval Email, we will give you a link to our Handbook and Guide on Becoming a Sports Experience Provider. This guide will give you all the instructions you need to become a successfully provider of recreational leagues and events.

We continuously try to improve our platform and services as we move forward. A big part of these improvements is to assist our league coordinators to find new players and retain them through digital marketing means. We continue to integrate to social media and digital platforms to, not only build our brand, but also build yours in your respective communities. Our success is built on your success. So we always encourage you to reach out to us for any new ideas.

We give you 60% of what is due to you upfront immediately after your league and event starts. Upon completion of the league, we send you the rest. Of course, you may ask why not the entire amount? The reason we are doing this is to encourage and incentivize the League Coordinator to engage with the participants throughout the regular season and see it through Playoffs. To be honest, we have seen some League Coordinators not complete their season or not follow up with their players to complete their matches. This has left us to do it ourselves and causing a not so positive experiences for the participants.
** Note: as you coordinate more league cycles, and we become to know you and vice-versa, we will be open to giving everything due to you up-front.

The formal agreement will require you act as an Independent Contractor (1099 Basis). Per federal rules, we are required to collect a IRS W9 document before we disburse any funds to you.

While we require all our users, when signing up for a league or event, to acknowledge a “play at your risk” waiver when joining any event and leagues available on our platform, we encourage you as an independent operator to do whatever you need to do as far as minimize your liability. If you are a full-fledge service provider or operator, we encourage you to purchase any general liability as stipulated in your respective State and Municipality. Also, please review to the Indemnity Clause in the League Coordinator Agreement if you have not done so.

We deal with this on a case-by-case basis. Over time, depending on your performance in the area(s) under your purview, we will be remiss in not working with you upon your request to expand to other areas (especially if you have shown your capabilities to do be successful).

We look forward to working with you.
