Tampa – known for many different things and home to three professional sports – Buccaneers, Lightning and Rays. This city has a famous zoo and several amusements parks and proximity to beautiful beaches. The weather is hot, humid and rains a lot during the summer time.
According to the Global Tennis Network website, there are over 300 tennis courts available in and around Tampa plus a couple of dozen indoor courts for those hot days.

Flex Tennis Leagues
Self-Driven – Control your own Experience. Flex leagues gives anyone who cannot commit to playing regularly.
Self-Scheduling – You can play at time and place most convenient to you.
Self-Reported Scores – you can report your own scores and have 24 hours for all parties to confirm.
Reward Points – you get reward points whether you win or lose; use reward points to redeem later for swag.
Moderated Tennis Leagues
Moderated Pace – Coordinators in your area will set up a pre-defined schedule of matches in your area.
Coordinated Schedule – Moderator will set up matches and schedule for you; all you need to do is show up.
Controlled scoring – Report scores verbally or by text to your league coordinator; they in turn will validate the score and report to the system.
Reward Points – you get reward points whether you win or lose; use reward points to redeem later for swag.

Flex Tennis Leagues
1. Sign Up – whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced tennis player, you can always find a match or a league at Jacksonville powered events. There are all types of formats and divisions that will match your level of play and preferences. Whether it be Mixed, Coed, Men’s or Women’s tennis you like, all you need to do is sign up.
2. Reach out and Play – when the league starts, players are usually grouped by tracks depending on their level of play and location; contact information are usually placed on your dashboards or sent via email; and players arrange their own matches and share the cost of the courts (if any).
3. Report your scores – after each match, the winner of the match usually reports the score through the system; the system will keep track of the scores and update your stats accordingly; your seeding for the playoffs is based on the scores you report.
Moderated Tennis Leagues
1. Sign Up – whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced tennis player, you can always find a match or a league at Jacksonville powered events. For moderated leagues, league coordinators in your area will set up the appropriate divisions and levels prevalent in the area; all you need to do is search for one that meets your preferences; then SIGN UP.
2. Just Jump In and Play – when the league starts, players are notified via email or through their dashboards on the date/time and location of the event; depending on who shows up, the coordinator will group you with the appropriate players. (note: some coordinators might appreciate a tip to cover court costs and incidentals etc).
3. Report your Scores – after each match, just tell your on-court coordinator the scores and he/she can report the scores for you; the system will keep track of the scores and update your stats accordingly; your seeding for the playoffs is based on the scores you report.
Basic Rules for Tennis Leagues Powered by Game.Set.Match
- Different scoring formats are available – either 2 out of 3 set, 3-Set Tiebreakers or 10-Game Pro Sets are available.
- Standard tennis rules and regulations applied to most leagues available on the platform.
- Any variation will be posted on the League information page by the league coordinator.
- Bad, rude and unsportsmanlike behavior are strictly prohibited and reported through our review system.

GETTING STARTED
New players will need to create an account by going to our Sign Up Page. Select your level of play (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced). Once you’ve signed up, search for a league in your area and sign up for it.
